Bhatt was born on March 15, 1993, in Mumbai, India. She is the daughter of Mahesh Bhatt and Soni Razdan, and she has a sister named Shaheen and two half-siblings named Pooja and Rahul. Her father is a director, her mother is an actress, and members of her extended family are involved in the industry. Because of that, Bhatt decided she wanted to be an actress from a young age, making her debut at just five years old. She even dropped out of school to pursue her dream.
